Marketing Specialist—Remote

Coveros is seeking a digital marketing superstar who has experience planning and executing successful lead generation and marketing campaigns. Qualified candidates will have a strong grasp on how to put together a successful campaign and will be able to personally execute all the deliverables. In addition, they will have superior proofing and editing skills and possess a stellar command of written and spoken English. Experience measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management and content management skills, and the ability to think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts is a must.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related equivalent is required.
- 3+ years of email marketing campaign experience with Marketing Automation tool is required (Marketo preferred)
- 3+ years of experience copywriting and proofreading is required
- Minimum 1-year web administration/CMS experience is required (Drupal and/or WordPress is preferred)
- Experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid display and PPC advertising is required
- Candidates with experience in media marketing (lead generation and community) are preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate their experience optimizing campaigns against ROAS or ROI
- Able to operate on East Coast working hours
Responsibilities
- Own the design and execution of marketing and lead generation campaigns for multiple products and/or communities
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies, and identify the optimum marketing mix of deliverables, events and media
- Create/maintain and deploy marketing assets including product collateral, website, emails, and other tools as needed
- Ongoing execution of campaigns and programs including timelines, ROAS/results, changes/improvements
- Communicate campaign plans and results to internal and external audiences and secure executive and cross-functional support
- Own the creation and articulation of the product messaging for their suite of products and communities
- Pursues customer interaction, on an as-needed basis, by participating in customer support through phone, email, live chat, and web contact
